What do you like best? Full integration to Salesforce.com, including last activity shown in lead records. What do you dislike? How many components need created to run a nurturing campaign and not a way to create them on the fly if it's not been created already. I would suggest a 'create new' option if it's asking you for a campaign name and you haven't yet created it. Great Marketing Automation
What do you like best? I like that the software is intuitive and most users can pick it up relatively quickly. Gives us great insight to the flow of traffic on our site. What do you dislike? More reporting features such as export to excel. Also more integration with Netsuite to allow quotes/estimates to be carried back over automatically. What do you like best? I like that Pardot has a lot of features that make the job as a marketer easier. I also like the import from URL feature in building landing page templates. What do you dislike? I dislike the email editor. It is necessary to have a background knowledge of HTML to build attractive emails that render across all platforms. It's been quite an experience
What do you like best? I like that it is relatively easy to find what you are looking for. I like how it is easy to sync with Salesforce. Pardot support is fast as replying but not always fast at fixing the issue. I also like being able to send test emails and do rendering tests. What do you dislike? I dislike how hard it is to create emails. Pardot doesn't always respond well to edits made, copying and pasting text into emails, as well as the format you want doesn't always look the ...
