Seamless integration with Salesforce provides a lot of opportunities

PROS: The integration between Salesforce and Pardot has made it really easy to move leads to MQLs and Salesforce for conversion. Our team also likes the A/B testing features and rendering views for all platforms and devices Reporting, drip campaigns are also great. CONS: It would be nice for Pardot to offer HTML that can coded by our designer within the platform. We had issues with customer support before when we first began working with Pardot; but they have been completely responsive now.

PROS: I like Pardot's ability to customize emails and automate drip campaigns based on our prospects' interests and location. Pardot has a user-friendly interface to organize prospects and marketing communications. CONS: I'd like a feature where I can write a brief message before sending out test emails so I can make important notes to my team about the emails going out to our prospects.

Pardot is a very helpful product for our company

PROS: Pardot provides great report features. The tool itself is easy to use and it allows us to review the effectiveness of the efforts we make and what works best. CONS: I don’t like that we cannot fully integrate Pardot. Also I need “export as PDF” options so we can easily provide print outs of the email templates. And an option with time tracking so we can see how much time we have spent on the email. The graphs are great but we would like to know about those who make the percentages. In ...

Tapping the power of Salesforce for greater automation

PROS: Pardot's Salesforce integration gives you the power of salesforce within marketing automation. I also love that we are able to obtain on Adwords campaigns and any UTM campaign that we run, allowing us to tie these prospects directly to opportunities.
