What do you like best? I like that Pardot is integrated seamlessly with Salesforce and just has a straightforward UI that's usually pretty easy to figure out. Most of the time when I set up a campaign in Pardot, I get to enjoy the "set it and forget it" mentality because I trust the system to keep my custom campaigns running even without actively paying attention to them. What do you like best? I really like Pardot Lightning version and it's seamlessness integration with our CRM. It also gives us the opportunity to run reports based on the performance of our email campaigns directly in our CRM. Great tool out of the box and great integration with SFDC allowing for customization.

What do you like best? The strong SFDC CRM integration is most helpful in helping get the right conversation in front of the right people at the right time. We can do a lot of simple customization to get some powerful behaviors out of the tool. Being able to have sales set conversation points on the account, and Pardot can send to those talk points. Pardot is user friendly, intuitive and has enough bells and whistles

What do you like best? The lead scoring capabilities and automations based on score or form completion are very easy to set up. Creating forms and integrating form handlers is super simple. Developing emails with WYSIWYG or dropping in your own HTML works great too. There are often multiple paths that can be taken to meet project requirements, which makes my work easier.
