"Parabol - Why didn't I find you sooner!"

What do you like best about Parabol? Our most favorite part of the platform is using the retrospective tool allowing everyone to connect virtually and without having to do a screenshare people can contribute in real time on the privacy of their own screens. What do you dislike about Parabol? We wish the platform could connect to Jira Data Server out of the box, which makes it hard for us to have it connect and integrate with our Jira instance. We also were hoping that we could export our ...

"Amazing tool!"

What do you like best about Parabol? Parabol is a great tool for facilitation and team work. I love that you can have the whole history of a team in one single tool, avoiding unnecessary documentation. You can create action actions in the same meeting, tag people affected and later follow up with that tasks list. I also really like the templates available for retrospectives and that you also can create your own templates, even make a copy of the ones there and adapt it to our needs. The ...

"A fantastic tool which has changed the way we work!"

What do you like best about Parabol? Almost everything about it. Parabol creates a safe, collaborative environment where everyone can contribute and collaborate with peace of mind as it's anonymous. We love the templates provided to us, and the icebreakers add a nice touch. We love the replication of the voting system, allowing us to prioritize work/comments based on how the team vote. Parabol has been a game-changer for us as we've navigated a forever-changing environment where working ...

"Great Retrospective tool for any team"

What do you like best about Parabol? Parabol has been great at providing an environment with my teams to openly discuss any issues that took place or any great moments we had during a Scrum, without fear of backlash or judgement. Its especially helpful in the cases where some developers who are a bit quieter than others having a space where their concerns are heard. I feel any level of team whether a small 3 man team or a more robust team size can benefit from using this tool. What do you ...

"An incredible tool to facilitate retrospectives and more (works in person AND remotely)"

What do you like best about Parabol? Simple with just enough complexity but not more. Parabol makes retrospectives and other types of brainstorm-cluster-discuss types of meetings really smooth. With every member working on their own computer, this tool makes it easy to get a lot done fast, even more effectively than on a board with sticky notes. I have used this tool in both in-person and remote (with the whole team on zoom or on the phone) and it works great. What do you dislike about ...

"Great Collaboration Tool for Remote Teams!"

What do you like best about Parabol? Parabol brings structure to remote meetings by guiding teams through meeting phases that are hard to deviate from. This tool keeps you and other team members on track! It eliminates any room for tangents and makes each meeting worth the time you've put into it. You truly feel accomplished after every session. What do you dislike about Parabol? There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start to use the platform and maneuver each meeting phase. ...

"Remote retro like a pro, and there's more!"

What do you like best about Parabol? It enables us to run smooth retros with our remote teams and customize the flow to our specific needs. It also centralizes action items for easy reference, and integrates with our work tools like Jira and Github. Adoption is easy and intuitive: no change management skills required, your team will love it. While we initially adopted Parabol for our Retros, mainly with our offsite teams, we quickly ended up using it for various other purposes, such as Lean ...
