Auto renewal query...

Had an auto renewal come through which after evaluation we realised we didn't need the full extent of. Spoke to a few contacts at Paperturn to discuss the options. Ultimately Cassandra quickly called back and we came to mutual decision that worked for us and enabled us to continue using the service at a level we needed. Very courteous and friendly and went the extra mile for us. A company that has got it's customer service sussed!

Easy to use with incredible customer support

I love the ease of this platform and quality of the product. My company uses Paperturn to embed our digital newsletter into emails for wide distribution. The esthetic's are great and can be used in combo with other digital marketing platforms. When there ARE issues, few and far between, the custom support is above and beyond great. Billing Error

When we changed from annual payment to monthly fees we were automatically charged with annual fee again. I called and spoke with Cassie, head of Customer Service, who researched our account, shared some insights, and promptly provided a solution that satisfied everyone.

Really good company. Great customer service

Paperturn have been really great for me to use for flipbook subscriptions for my customers. So easy to understand and implement the code into websites with the 'paperturn' noises to create life-like online brochures. I get a handy, yearly email notification for renewals which allows me to make changes if required. The customer service is immediate, timely and no waiting for replies. Really good company.
