Incredibly handy paperless tool!

What do you like best? When it comes time to audit, I could query for certain gifts in Raiser's Edge and then export to PDF from the query all of the gift documentation which related to those gifts. Document management cloud solution that works well with larger ERP/CRM solutions as add-on.

What do you like best? It comes pre-configured to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 that helps to get it up and runner without much IT resources. Efficient but room for improvement

PaperSave Use

What do you like best? It is easy to scan into the software and retrieve when needed. What do you dislike? The site seems to be down a lot in the past so you have to go back and scan items at a later time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to print items quickly when requested is a huge benefit.

What do you like best? The Financial Edge Auto Entry integration. What do you dislike? Pre-sales, installation process and support. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accounts payable workflow which is excellent! We've taken paper approvals out of the building.

Works w Blackbaud some of the time

What do you like best? When it works with Blackbaud, it is easy to add documents to records, see any additional documents. For most users, Papersave works for them. What do you dislike? The version of Papersave that we are on does not play well with newer operating systems. It still requires an old version of SQL server and an EOL (end of life) version of Microsoft Server, specifically MS Server 2008 R2. This is a huge security concern.
