Paperform has some of the best support in the SaaS world!
Paperform as a tool is extremely flexible and powerful. It's fairly intuitive (though building super fancy functionality can get tricky, understandably) and generally pleasant to use. Calculations, equations, various input method, really good UI and UX overall, and the most important part of it, it's their customer support which has been so valuable in all those years we have using Paperform.
