Delighted That I Switched From Typeform to Paperform
I switched from Typeform to Paperform because I needed more control over a contact form I had built. The switch has been terrific. Paperform is head and shoulders better in every measurable way, and I loved Typeform, so that's saying a lot. The clincher for me is the live chat they have - their agents are responsive and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

support is fast and proactive, they will check the form for me and even provide good suggestions, which i may not have thought of. They showed empathy when things do not goes well and stand by my side to help me

Awesome tool and top notch support
We've been using Paperform for our mobile car detailing business for 2 years now. Have tried Typeform and Jotform previously. Paperform takes the cake! We use it to calculate quotes dynamically for customers requesting our service, and it's been fantastic as a tool. Most impressive is the responsiveness and quality of Paperform's support team. Exceptional Team: A Fast and Efficient User Support
I was making a form when suddenly, Paperform detected that it was suspicious. I panicked a little as I need to finish the form soon. Fortunately, Paperform suggested that I contact their customer support and I was surprised at how fast they replied to my query! Thanks to them, I was able to finish what I'm working on without any issues.
