great for non-technical users

They provided a great support for not-technical user (me). They guided me and I successfully installed their widget, customized it and started receiving questions.Paldesk has a lot of interesting features, but they are not all explained very well so I suggest better tutorials or they will receive a lot of chat questions.

Perfect ROI!

It's a cool and cheap software for small-business like myself. Easy to set-up (didn't have to call IT team or developers) and fun to use. Since I'm working on a global field their Live Translate feature is an amazing add-on, as well as smart routing for my multiple websites. All the integrations have been working fine so far and I'm looking forward to new stuff they release!

Horrible.

Horrible.Horrible service, wanted to delete my account.Contacted them the first time, they said it was deleted and they would send me a confirmation, now 2 weeks after i still have the account, i contact them again and talk with them in 1 hour on the livechat and about 1 hour in they first deleted the account after i mentioned what they are doing is illegal.Would definitely never go back, glad i didn't use their service and only had a account.

Like the fact you can integrate it with your most popular customer communication channels like Twitter, Facebook, Gmail or even Slack. It's easy to use and great plugin for the websites in order to bring your customer support to the next level. Recommend.

Love this Live chat!

Paldesk have easy installation, great customer support and lot of features for small business. I am using  FREE version for now and it has a lot of great options if you have low volume of conversations.

I love this omnichannel!

I love this omnichannel! so easy to use, simple dashboard and lot of great features such as predefined answers, ticketing systems...Price is ok too just $12 yearly, strongly recommend!
