"How papersave has effected my daily routine"

What do you like best about PairSoft? I love that I don't have to do anymore filing of paperwork and anything I want to look at is always available. It is available to anyone in the company that has GP so they can look up whatever they need. What do you dislike about PairSoft? I really haven't found anything that I dislike. What do you like best about PairSoft? PaperSave Invoice Automation and Approval workflow has saved us hundreds of hours on manual data entry. The approval process allows our treasurer, manager, and managers approve invoices electronically keeping the timestamp and record of the transaction for auditing purposes. What do you like best about PairSoft? The ease of process and ability to create workflow and process. The functionality of the program is easy. What do you dislike about PairSoft? If there are Previously made errors, these are very hard to go back and rectify, or amend. "Works w Blackbaud some of the time"

What do you like best about PairSoft? When it works with Blackbaud, it is easy to add documents to records, see any additional documents. For most users, Papersave works for them. What do you dislike about PairSoft? The version of Papersave that we are on does not play well with newer operating systems. It still requires an old version of SQL server and an EOL (end of life) version of Microsoft Server, specifically MS Server 2008 R2. This is a huge security concern. Also, there is no way to ...

"Great cloud based solution as well as great account management support"

What do you like best about PairSoft? From an admin's perspective, I love the fact that I don't have to support an onsite application. Also, working with my account manager Jennifer Muniz has been wonderful. Jennifer has showed us lots of care and made the process smooth in getting the contract setup and pricing worked out. What do you like best about PairSoft? The efficiency this software brings to a team does not go unnoticed. It is easy to use which means training for large teams is doable. The time savings for not having to run paperwork back and forth and to keep all approvals in one quick location is extremely convenient to have! What do you dislike about PairSoft? "Implementing PaperSave was very simple. We were able to use on day one."

What do you like best about PairSoft? I have a small scanner at my desk, so I don't need to leave my desk to scan a document or to look for documents. It is easy to use and there are multiple ways to find documents. What do you dislike about PairSoft? I had an overall great experience. No dislikes to report. What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer need to file and store documents. PaperSave saves time and money.

"AP program with lots of options - needs some work on the implantation side"

What do you like best about PairSoft? I like the navigation of the program, it’s easy to use from an admin side. What do you dislike about PairSoft? I don’t like that our upgrade was poorly made with workplace employees. Our old version of workplace did more then the upgrade. "PaperSave & Support has improved in 2019!!!"

What do you like best about PairSoft? The ability to review invoices with just a click...also seeing the history of a document, and the way it integrates with our accounting platform (very user friendly) What do you dislike about PairSoft? *slowness of the program - as of 5/1/19, this is being researched. What do you like best about PairSoft? The ease in finding documents and no more filing invoices. What do you dislike about PairSoft? There isn't anything that I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering PairSoft: I think you will find that it will most needs that you would have. What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? All of our invoice are now scanned and saved online so no more filing cabinets full of paperwork.
