Not a good experience
There are popups asking for feedback every time you translate words, phrases or sentences. When translating a document not everything is translated so you have to go back and copy/paste what did not translate into the optional translating section. Tech Support is very slow in responding can take up to 72 hours or longer so you work has to hold until someone responds. Fortunately, I don't have to use this application on a daily basis.

Double review and double redo
The thing that most dismayed me was that some changes I made in the pairafhase review page didn't ended up in the downloaded document, so I had to review the document again, and redo my corrections in the document only.

QUITE USEFUL AND EASY TO USE
I found this translation service quite useful. Used it to translate docs between Spanish and English. I find their interface quite easy to use and makes it easy to review phrases that need confirmation. I recommend this particular service to anyone.

Cost effective and user friendly
I've used Pairaphrase for all my translations. The translation is very accurate and cost effective. The only other comment I have is the expiry of the words purchased. It would be nice to have them not expire.

This translator for me is the best I´ve…
This translator for me is the best I´ve used. Thanks a lot for the differences on Portuguese PTx BR. I used to translate my documents on Pairaphrase and then I´ve just take a look for small (If any) not so good translations. I am very happy with this experience.

Better than other free translators
The translation is better than other free options. While not perfect, it's very close and just requires a few small edits as long as the text being translated doesn't contain too many abbreviations or slang.

User friendly and effective if you are a good reviewer.
Of course there is reviewing to be done, which can easily go to 100 of words changes, but compared to other programs and even Translation companies, it is not too much time consuming. The program is user friendly and easy to review right on the document, save and going back to it is also very convenient.
