PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like best about PagerDuty is its integration with other apps that we also needed in our business. Through this app, we were able to: manage shift schedule efficiently, add and remove resources from the schedule, generate analytics for various tickets. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love its unique features such as rotations, on-call assignments, and service groups! Its interface is user-friendly and the integrations makes our work easier and seamless. It also provides a list of providers which comes in handy for us in dealing with issues. It's a robut system! PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The seamless integration with third party apps is awesome! Because of these integrations, we are promptly alerted for any issue within our system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We have to use the API to search for incidents.
