A big improvement in our operations!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love its unique features such as rotations, on-call assignments, and service groups! Its interface is user-friendly and the integrations makes our work easier and seamless. It also provides a list of providers which comes in handy for us in dealing with issues. It's a robut system! PagerDuty is invaluable!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The seamless integration with third party apps is awesome! Because of these integrations, we are promptly alerted for any issue within our system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We have to use the API to search for incidents. I wish they would change this because it's a bit of a hassle. The integration keys requires an existing user to function, and this is not actually helpful in recreating bots. What specific ...
