What do you like best? "One source of truth" for proof management. PageProof can massively reduce email traffic and snarl-ups caused by multiple soft and hardcopies of proofs What do you dislike? Richer formatting for copy comments would be good, and the zoom feature can be a little hard to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth investigating if you want to reduce email traffic with proofs or draft videos, and have a consistent process for ...

What do you like best? The ability for team members to be involved in the proofing process but maintaining a degree of control by having one person (typically the editor making the final decisions on what gets changed or what doesn't.
