"Good support, and performs well"

What do you like best about PageFreezer? There support team is responsive, and able to accomodate all the requests we have asked of them. We have a website that regularly changes password, and they accomodate tickets for the change with no issue and provide support in a timely manner. The gui is easy to understand. What do you like best? Able to revisit pages from years back. Able to view all the pages. What do you dislike? Take some time to load. Need a better dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to go back and retrieve any legal content from any day/years back.
