Easy, fast, straight forward

Very good ai bot, and also very good human support as they are very understanding and helpful, don't know why this company has so many negative reviews seriously took me 30 sec and 4 clicks to cancel my subscription, 5/5.

Easy to Cancel

When I no longer needed this subscription I was directed to the Paddle "AI chatbot" for help . . I immediately steeled myself for a horrible runaround, but was stunned by the response "You can easily cancel the subscription yourself by clicking this link . . . " which I did, and it worked . . well done Paddle as you guys are the first that didn't try to tempt or coerce me into not cancelling something and just helped me do it!
