Quick Resolution

I did not realize/remember that my purchase involved a subscription. I hadn't used the product since the first month of purchase due to health issues. When I received the paid invoice, I made contact and asked for a refund. My representative processed immediately and was very cordial. Great experience!

Expert service

Expert service delivered quickly. I trust online purchases more after dealing with you. As life works, one subscribes to services for once-off use. Not receiving a reminder of the quarterly or yearly renewal leaves one feeling cheated. After the quarterly renewal payment came through, I cancelled the service and received a refund in a few minutes. I would have felt different if the provider had sent a reminder of the renewal and I ignored it.
