Excellent customer service
I made an accidental purchase somehow and their customer service support reached out within 24 hours to clarify who they were and how I may have been charged. Their email suggested I chat with their bot if I need more info. Their bot was actually very helpful and was intelligent enough to know I had multiple transactions. It took me longer to write this review than to receive a refund.

I received an email from ADBlock…
I received an email from ADBlock indicating that the ONE TIME donation a gave to them a year ago was renewed even though I never renewed it or signed up for automatic renewal. I reached out to Paddle, who apparently handles such billing, and requested a refund as well as cancellation of this supposed automatic renewal and they assured me that this would be done.
