What do you like best about OwnerRez? I love the API integration with Airbnb, VRBO/Homeaway and Booking.com. their reports are also very dynamic. What do you like best about OwnerRez? I LOVE absolutely everything about this software! It does SO MUCH, and although it takes some learning to tweak it into what works for best for each individual's needs, I have found it VERY user-friendly and whenever I get stuck on something, the support team is fantastic and responds quickly! I had one property that I had done for me through their set up option and then I did the second on my own, both options are great! I cannot recommend this product ...

What do you like best about OwnerRez? For us, OR worked with all our parts. Some other channel managers didn't. It also did not charge a lump sum to set up. The calendar is nice, the rules work well too. There are ways around non API channels, so they can be included. Tech support is great. I've come to know the people there as I've had lots of questions. What do you dislike about OwnerRez? It's a lot to learn, especially if you are new to this tech. What do you like best about OwnerRez? They make my accounting and emails with renters a snap. What do you dislike about OwnerRez? So far, I have not found anything to dislike. Recommendations to others considering OwnerRez: Makes everything in accounting and corresponding with customers easier. What problems is OwnerRez solving and how is that benefiting you? My rental contract is signed by renters, money is collected and correspondence happens even without me being involved at times.
