Truly game-changing
I am very satisfied with Outvio. It is really remarkable how it speeds up my order processing. They have an extensive self-service knowledge database, and when needed for specific issues, they are always prompt in replying. Besides, we loved the functionality of branding. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Amazing tool
Starting to use it has been the best decision in a while. We use it for picking, packing, label generation, tracking, customizing emails and returns. Everything works great, customer support is very responsive and integrations are really easy.10/10 would recommend!

Great shipping automation tool
Great shipping automation tool, even for ecommerce companies with smaller volumes. Saves a lot of time on shipping preparations and keeping the customer in the loop. Outvio helped us to switch from reactive to proactive in solving shipping issues. Very competitive rates for shipping.

Facturan indebidamente y desmesuradamente
Outvio es una plataforma para integrar envíos muy buena, pero utilizan Zeleris para envíos internacionales que facturan indebidamente por conceptos no documentados, y que el transportista a través de chat desconoce. El soporte no responde para nada. Me han facturado más de 100 euros en un envío devuelto sin ninguna justificación y no hay manera de reclamar. No responden. Mejor plataformas de empresas de transportes directamente.

La mejor aplicación de envíos
Llevo usando Outvio desde principios de año y de momento va todo genial. La aplicación es rápida, intuitiva y con mucha opción de personalización. En la gestión de las devoluciones hemos mejorado como de la noche a la mañana. La atención al cliente es siempre rápida y eficiente. No se puede pedir más.
