Impossible to unsubscribe from their irrelevant emails

Seriously hacked off with their constant emails that you can't unsubscribe from. They have an unsubscribe page, but I have tried on numerous occasions to unsubscribe from their emails and it doesn't work. They don't have a London phone number on their site and the ones you find online for their London office are not valid.
