Key Efficiency Tool for our Sales Team
What do you like best? Outreach has been a huge driver in efficiently keeping track of our day to day tasks as a team, our pipelines and eliminating unnecessary/unorganized navigation in our workflow. What do you like best? The way the platform integrates with all our services to provide that "unified view" for me to conduct my daily tasks. Overall the platform itself is smooth, responsive, and powerful with many different features on the toolbelt to improve my visibility into sales cycles and prospects. Automation that really works
What do you like best? The level of automation for all my sequences is very efficient. I like the 360 view and how every morning I know what to do by seeing it all on my dashboard. The the daily reports help me to automatize my to-do list of the day. The chrome extension lets you work on the go, is a little distracting sometimes but you can actually work in real time and get connected to the other sales applications. Couldn't live without Outreach
What do you like best? The amazing amount of benefits Outreach provides is unreal. Automation is key to allowing our teams to accomplish everything on their to-do lists, and that is just what Outreach allows. What do you dislike? Great Solution and leadership
What do you like best? I really like the responsiveness of Outreach to provide tools that will really benefit us. What do you dislike? Difficult to mention something I dislike but maybe as an owner of a small company I'll need some notion for a smaller budget than a larger company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I see that I can give a great tool to my Team and myself to be more efficient in closing sales and help customers.

Outreach gives us the workflow and data we have always wanted
What do you like best? The simplicity to create workflows for different scenarios. Makes follow up a breeze!
What do you like best? Outreach makes it so easy to follow up emails to prospects. Once I enter their contact info, I can sent an email - New or template and follow up automatically in 3,4 or 5 days from that same email. What do you dislike?
