One of the best engagement tools for automation.

What do you like best? The ability to set up custom triggers. i.e. So contacts are automatically added to specific sequences once created in your CRM. We use Pipedrive as our CRM and the native integration means we can set as many triggers up as we like so the automation is phenomenal. Fantastic tool for outreach

What do you like best? I absolutely love using Outplay for sales. Setting up a sequence is simple and adding various steps (email, sms, call) makes life so much easier. I hadn't used anything like this previously and haven't seen any similar tools so have nothing to compare it with. It's kind of like a CRM mixed with an email marketing tool with added features. Really good and does exactly what i need it to

What do you like best? The ease of use and outreach facilities. I quite like to use it like a CRM but with email sequneces. Very useful What do you dislike? it's still got a few little issues and a few other features would be nice. The dialler function was poor in the UK, but this is more of a Twilio issue i think.
