Recent updates have made it unusable.
The recent changes have made hotmail unusable. The way emails are grouped together whether you want it or not. Multiple copies of email seem to be present. Never seem to know whether an email is sent or not. Have to double and triple check everything. What a disaster! It used to be simple but worked OK Been using hotmail for 25 years or so. Its time to look for a different email system.

delating events at random
When it started randomly delating my events - that was it - you can imagine how much harm that did to my business and feels like if i could, id like to punch one of the developers in the neck.

Why the irritating changes??
Honestly, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! The changes to Outlook make it very frustrating to use. The lay-out sucks - new emails disappear into old threads and as soon as you've read it, you have to go back and mark as unread otherwise risk losing its location. When new, unread emails arrive, the cursor automatically marks them as "read" when you try to move away from it, again, have to go back, find the specific email and mark as "unread". I hate Outlook now but have to use for work ...

Couldn't agree more with the other comments
Absolute rubbish and has been for years, countless problems, fix them, works fine for a while and then same problem again, but what can anyone expect from Microsoft, maybe if they spent more time running their business and less time on spying on the people who use their products their systems might work. Had enough now, will be going somewhere else. 1*, should be -*

Having struggled for HOURS and HOURS to navigate the "new" Outlook, I abandoned the whole idea. I've also read some of the feedback and it seems to me that very many users are also struggling. So.why a "new" version ? Was the "old" one so very outdated. ? ? ? I have also lost one account which is impossible to find or access. NOW WHAT ? ? ? Was this whole exercise intended to create such chaos and force us to divulge information when begging for help ? ? ? If so, then it has certainly ...

The new look Outlook is absolutely diabolical. Nothing more to say really. The old one worked and was without fault for me for the past 10 plus years, why do you change things you IDI0TS. Now looking for an alternative

If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. One of the most reliable email service has turned into a maze of loops that you simply have to be Houdini to get out of. This update is 'pants' to put it very mildly!

Just horrible since they "updated" the lay-out. Now all my incoming work emails disappear into the same thread so it's easy to miss new ones or accidentally click on the wrong one. Why do they do this?? And if your cursor happens to fall on a new un-read email, it automatically marks it as "read" when you move away, leaving you missing un-read emails again. Hate the new lay-out, fed up with apologising to colleagues for missed messages and not at all simple to use and understand. Rubbish
