Why is Outlook not blocking spam??

no matter how many times you send inbox phishing spam to junk folder and no matter how many times you send a report, you just keep on getting more spam in your inbox from the same sender!! And its ridiculous that you cant block the name of a spam sender in a block list with your android mobile. Especially when receiving multiple spam per hour. Outlook also hides the whole address of the spam sender in email header. Are they receiving a commission like from a certain BETONRED Casino?? Also ...

Just useless

Just useless. Constantly crashing, losing emails, sending stuff to junk randomly. Absolutely not fit for purpose.

Every single email goes straight to the…

Every single email goes straight to the trash. Have lost job offers and important documents because of this. Wish I could sue, but I don't have money, since I don't have a job thanks to Outlook.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, emails never arrive and no notifications either, important emails sent to me including ones with attachments or links that just cannot be opened. They don’t arrive till several days later then too late. Blocked senders junk or spam are still arriving despite reporting and blocking them constantly ( this does nothing) but trusted senders go straight in the bin folder . Very poor indeed

Terrible

Terrible, inept product, email service its worth 1% of Gmail. Pushing unerasable spam which hides as NEW mail in the IN box.

No customer support. Unreliable.

I got my account blocked with no reason and it's impossible to get it back. I failed more times the recovery form as the questions are too in details. No possibility to get a phone support and by live chat they are too slow. If you have an urgency and you can't sign forget the possibility to sort out quickly. It's absolutely unreliable and, once I'll manage to transfer the remaining stuff on Gmail, I'll quit using it.

Why can't we have the old system back?

Why can't we have the old system back? This new system takes so much longer & all the emails are now in alphabetical order, not in date order. Now we keep having a pop up asking for our thoughts on it! At least my Ipad still has the old system on it.
