Meeting notes highlighted for my convenience

Otter.ai has been extremely helpful to me, saving me time in meetings, so that I can pay attention to what is going on and feel confident because I know the meeting notes will be sent to me for my convenience. I'm grateful because sometimes I will forget something from the meeting and the notes highlight all topics. This review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter.

It's a great time saving of meeting, especially when some parts of the online meeting were not clear during the meeting.

Met my deadline!

I needed a recording transcribed quickly to meet a deadline and my experience was terrific! I was concerned there would be misspelled words and the transcript would be difficult to understand but other than a few understandable missteps it was fine.

Using Otter.ai as Transcription Tool

I needed to transcribe an audio file and format it into a written summary, so one of my colleagues suggested looking into the transcription services provided by Otter.ai. Excellent tool for communication and community formation

I started using Otter because of a conference. In the conference we were interacting with a lot of people in short conversations. Having the ability to record those conversations, and see keywords and summaries was very helpful. Otter's accuracy is quite impressive, and the summaries were usually spot on. The ability to edit conversations is also helpful. Memories are not always reliable, but Otter makes them more so

Accurate and incredible time saver!

I uploaded a 17-minute recorded interview and had an accurate transcript and summary within a few minutes! This was an incredible time saver - I probably saved several hours of transcribing and coding the interview.

I like that this software records and transcribes the meeting for me to read. the interaction of it with the user during the meeting to make suggestion I find it very helpful. thank you!

This software/company is excellent for records keeping, the fact that it transcribe the meeting for me to read at a later time is very helpful. it's live interaction with the user providing hints are also useful. I would recommend to others.
