Otter.ai is the first meeting assistant I use. I have not used all of the available features yet but I am happy to have access to transcriptions without taking notes. It saves time and allows more verbal interactions and focus during meetings.

Increased efficiency and better practices

We are thrilled to have a tool like Otter.ai to use. We have increased efficiency in post meeting actions, ability to update client files and provide notes to fellow members of the team quickly and effectively. It is wonderful to have notes taken and increase our productivity.

It is an advanced system

It is an advanced system, where I can have all the necessary interactions in seconds, in addition to a different interface, which provides peace of mind despite the amount of information stored.

Great for students and teachers

Otter.ai has really helped me when reviewing my college lectures. I struggle with learning auditorily so reading the transcripts Otter provided has helped me greatly improve my education. Otter quickly learned my professor's speech patterns and provided relatively accurate transcripts. I plan on using Otter a lot in both my academic and professional future. An honest review

This review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. It is, however, a very honest review. I used this to get transcripts for podcast episodes I've already released. I don't have the time I would need to type them up myself (I did try). I went through so many A.I. programs to find one that worked for me, including my own podcast host's option - and I spent a lot of money doing it. It became infuriating to pay for a month of something with no free trial, only to find out I couldn't ...

We are talking total automation! Link to your calendar, have your meeting, notes are organized and ready to recap in an email followup, done. This could be used as a training opportunity as well; comparing otter's notes to staff notes. Clarifies hearing vs listening.

Nursing school lectures

I use Otter AI in order to record my lectures. I’m currently in nursing school, and this software helps me and not only recording what my professor says throughout the lecture, but also summarizes it and gives me key points. This is very helpful because sometimes the professor talks a little fast so I can’t write everything down and Otter AI helps me go back and pick up on concepts that I might have missed.

Learning how to use otter.ai has been amazing. The company is doing well with the quick responses, answering questions and giving great ideas. I'm still new at it and playing around to see what is the advantages. I would refer family amd friends to use otter.ai
