Solid and Useful Transcription

We love using Otter.ai to record and transcribe verbal exchanges in Zoom and IRL meetings. The ability to go back and tidy up the transcription and match it to voices is great. It is definitely the best transcription software we have tried. We run a meditation coaching business, so having clear and usable text to hand off to clients is critical to success!

Superb Productivity Aid

Absolutely love this app. The Teams integration is fab, the meeting summaries you get afterwards are superb & it’s been an absolute game changer for me as someone with ADHD that always struggled to keep good notes in meetings. Now I can send an almost instantaneous follow up email & also copy straight into my to-do lists. Otter AI has been great

Otter AI has been great! I love that it keeps track of what is discussed in my meetings and gives me to-do lists after each session. It has made my ADHD brain function much better.

I have tried other AI note-taking software but Otter.ai is not just very simple to use but is much more diversifiable than the other ones because it is not just able to be used as a ZOOM tie-in like other programs. With it being so simple to use I use it a minimum of 4 times a week.

This is a fabulous tool Gamechanger/timesaver

This is a fabulous tool. It allows me to pay closer attention during a meeting, instead of trying to take screenshots, notes, and printing out the transcript. I am also able to share the Otter notes with colleagues. It is a HUGE timesaver. Love it and have recommended it to tons of colleagues.

I found this app very essential for not native English speaker. Mainly in more formal environments such as academia.

I found this app very essential for those who don't speak English as their native language, the results in transcriptions and translations are quite impressive. It's also interesting that they put into practice promotional actions, like this one of my review which is as part of a promotion from Otter.

Great for creating outlines and summaries

I use Otter.ai mostly to upload audio that needs transcription. I especially appreciate Otter's summary feature which provides an outline of the full transcript. This has made it so much quicker to create summaries and descriptions of the full audio. The outline feature also helps create natural breaks and topic themes for each section of the audio transcript that can be used to create section titles. Otter has made a huge difference in my day! It's freed up so much time. I use it for conferences, dictations and meetings! It really is a game changer! I'm so much more productive.

Great software

I recently used Otter.ai for the first time while interviewing someone, and it has proven to be very useful. I really enjoy how you can just import or export it in many ways, and can also connect it to Zoom. It has saved me so much time, and I'll probably purchase a subscription. I highly recommend it!
