"Really user-friendly recording software that works with Zoom meetings"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? I like how easily I can record with Zoom and have that turned into an Otter recording. I honestly use the recordings as much as the transcription itself; while that seems like overkill for recording, the transcription makes it so much easier to figure out where in the recordings I want to hone in on, and the transcription is good enough for that purpose.

What do you like best? I do a lot of interviews. Instead of furiously typing up notes, I use a recorder on my phone. This way I can have a great conversation with my interviewee and know that I won't have to endure the pain of transcribing later. It is a lifesaver.

Customer service experience was positive (though slowed by being limited to email)
Just wanted to add a positive review saying that (counter to some of the reviews I read) I had a decent experience with their customer service team. Brittany was very helpful and relatively expedient in solving my issues over the weekend. Only giving 4 stars because there should really be a phone number for customer service as well if you're paying a regular subscription fee.
