What do you like best? their customer success team and the interactions we had after the P.O. was issued What do you dislike? nothing so far, we only deployed Orum a month ago What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? less time on the phone and getting more live connects with ideal personas in our ICP

Cold calling never died. It was just waiting for Orum to make a comeback.

What do you like best? It's simplicity and integrations with SFDC and Outreach. Logs all of my activity and seamlessly connects with my sequences so prospects make it through every touchpoint without duplicating my effort on data entry. Orum saves me an incredible amount of time, which is ultimately why I love it. What do you dislike? Not much. Maybe a few slight UI tweaks. The best PowerDialer for Outreach!

What do you like best? Orum is a great tool that speeds up calling when paired with Outreach. I've seen about a 100% increase in call speed with the PowerDialer - the AI avoids voicemail greetings and dial trees and immediately moves to the next prospect. It can also leave recorded voicemails while already moving onto the next call. It's easily possible to make over 100 calls per hour with Orum's PowerDialer tool (and many more if you have parallel dialing enabled). My use case was that ...
