What do you like best about Ortto? The ease of setting it up, the visual journey builder, the AMAZING customer support (their response time via live-chat is literally 2 min which is just unheard of for SAAS companies).

"Ortto for email via Autopilot acquisition"

What do you like best about Ortto? We were Autopilot customers prior to their acquisition by Ortto - Ortto definitely brought some "must have" features to the table that AutoPilot didn't have such as the ability to limit the total # of emails that any given email receives per day (handy if you have a lot of trigger-based emails that could in theory all trigger in the same day for a given customer.)
