Easy to Install, Easy to Use

What do you like best? You can create intuitive and insightful org charts using contacts across multiple accounts in just a couple minutes. What do you dislike? Some technical knowledge is needed to adjust the base configuration, but their documentation does help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We create org charts to view relationships between various influencers and decision-makers at client organizations.

Mapping relationships like a pro

What do you like best? Love the attributes that you can assign to contacts. Really helped us map out our level of intimacy within the org What do you dislike? Either I cannot figure it out or it doesn't have that function but I really wish that the contacts once imported would sort based on departments. What do you like best? The product is easy to use and visual. It makes navigating large organizations and their decision trees easier. What do you dislike? The training was very fast paced, and at points were difficult to keep up with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great sales tool for building Org Charts in Salesforce

What do you like best? This is a very easy to use tool from start to finish. It was easy to install and set up from an admin perspective, training end users took less than 30 minutes, and there have been no issues since deploying. What do you dislike? I wish the legend feature would permanently stay on the screen. Great potential

What do you like best? If used correctly the product can be a powerful tool to understand the hierarchy of an org. What do you dislike? The UI, and also that charts cannot be translated from an account to an opp. I hear that this will change in the new release though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to understand all the stakeholders involved in our deals.
