I've used OrgChartPlus for 4 years and I love it

What do you like best? It's integration to SFDC is unmatched. If you have contacts associated with an account or an opportunity, it will import directly into the OrgChartPlus. Further, you can add new contacts directly into OrgChartPlus and it backfills into SFDC. I also like the ability to draw informal relationships. What do you dislike? no issues. It works as promised. What do you like best? The product is easy to use and visual. It makes navigating large organizations and their decision trees easier. What do you dislike? The training was very fast paced, and at points were difficult to keep up with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a long complex sales cycle with very large institutions, this is providing clarity into the decision making team.

What do you like best? The Org Chart functionality helps to visualise the customer environment, seeing who are the main contacts and their influencers. Mapping relationships like a pro

What do you like best? Love the attributes that you can assign to contacts. Really helped us map out our level of intimacy within the org What do you dislike? Either I cannot figure it out or it doesn't have that function but I really wish that the contacts once imported would sort based on departments. Great sales tool for building Org Charts in Salesforce

What do you like best? This is a very easy to use tool from start to finish. It was easy to install and set up from an admin perspective, training end users took less than 30 minutes, and there have been no issues since deploying. What do you dislike? I wish the legend feature would permanently stay on the screen. I also wish there was an auto-save function after 3-4 minutes so you don't lose all your work if you forget to hit 'Save' What problems are you solving with the product? ...

What do you like best? The ease of use - the roll out went very smooth. The reps love the drag and drop - as well as the integration to Salesforce.
