This system is badly designed
This system is badly designed We use for 1 year and they did not have answers for our Credit card deposit shortage We file case in bucks county PA and win 12,000 judgement

We are experiencing a DOS attack to our Exchange email server from this company. We have had to block their domain. They are very irresponsible and you should stay away from them.

Scam
I second the previous review about never getting a refund. I’ve called five times over the last two months trying to get a refund for an order that I canceled immediately after placing. I spoke to 5 different reps who assured me that my refund would be processed by the next day and still nothing. Finally gave up but felt compelled to write a review (which I never do). Do not use!!
Do not use!!! They don’t refund money!!! I have been trying to get them to refund my money for over a month now. The representatives lie to you and say you are all set that your refund should take 3-4 days but in reality they don’t submit anything. They never send you an email confirmation about the refund either. I’ve given up. They can keep my $50. They obviously need it more than me.

Not the best, not the worst
not willing to make changes to transit times...I needed a time between 60 & 90 minutes because of a certain pizza we make that takes longer to make and bake...they wouldn't change it, so there's a big gap between 60 minutes and 90 when there should be a 75....
