What do you like best about Oracle SSO? I like that you can see salaries and raises and be able to see promotion dates or start dates. What do you dislike about Oracle SSO? There are far too many steps to transfer persons in the system. The system isn't very user friendly. What problems is Oracle SSO solving and how is that benefiting you? We use this for HR type requests mostly. If we need to terminate or promote someone it's done with this.
