What do you like best? I like the ease of setting up and using multiple projects at once. I can open one project at a time or open multiple projects at once to see what's happening with my resources. I also like the ease of setting up project specific resources. What do you dislike? I dislike the cost feature in Primavera. It's not easy to setup and very hard to actually track. What do you like best? The web interface is easy to use. The new team-member is much better than before which we are now using to assign tasks to different department for status update. What do you like best? I like that it's a fairly easy program to start using. Creating a project and adding activities is pretty straightforward. What do you like best? You can manage and record a lot of information about projects and programmes. What do you dislike? It is clunky to use for planning projects.
