What do you like best? It has the good integration with the SAP and it has good risk analysis and make the very handy to use and primavera uniquer is good. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Our company uses Primavera to track Capital improvements. It can take schedules and costs as well as various phases of the project What do you dislike? Not very user friendly and our company is probably only using about 20% of the capabilities of Primavera. Training for the program has a high learning curve. What do you like best? Very easy to track and manage project resources and split the hours across multiple tasks. It has excellent reporting capabilities as well to give a real time view to the management about the project health and overall status. What do you dislike? Get schedule and resource loading tool

What do you like best? once you learn how to use it, its fairly easy to crank out high complex schedules. the user interface is easy and the database options to recreate similar schedules is a breeze. What do you dislike? Initial set up can be painful and if its your first time using the software, definitely get a book or a starter course to get familiar with it. Great for a more complex project but not for me

What do you like best? Primavera is very customizable and if you have the right training, you can really get a lot out of the software (great schedule baselining, tracking, management, and reporting. What do you dislike? It's a very cumbersome software and takes a good amount of training to become efficient with it.
