What do you like best? It's simple and easy to use for me and my company What do you dislike? Theres no clear "get started" tutorials for those who have never used it before but fortunately it's not hard to figure out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves more time than it did before while using a different software solution. Way easier management features

User-friendly

What do you like best? It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. On my homepage there are simply 4 categories that make reporting my hours and locating my employee info easily. What do you dislike? I have yet to experience any difficulties. I am happy with the platform. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zero problems. Oracle has made it easy to report my hours and located my employee information.

What do you like best? It was easy to train and test multiple objectives in a secure program. What do you dislike? The mobile interface is a little difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of who has completed what modules and what they need help with has gone much smother than in the past.

Support is not helpful most of the times and it takes a lot of turnaround time

What do you like best? Integration is easy and components familiarity. What do you dislike? Heavy weight and too many components. Documentation too dense. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User birthright access and Role Based Access Control

Lot of capabilities but heavy to implement

What do you like best? The system enable people to extend capabilities with Java rules. There are a lot of capabilities available out of the box. What do you dislike? The system is heavy to implement, and require a big infrastructure and a lot of configuration. What do you like best? Provisioning capabilities overall are good. Workflow and workflow management is good. Meets all basic security requirements for provisioning process automation. The system is extensible and configurable. What do you dislike? The system is architecturally monolithic (not microservices so updates/upgrades are very complex, brittle and difficult to get done in any sort of short time frame.
