Great user experience
What do you like best? Self service emplyee part where an employee can change his status him or herself What do you dislike? Orgchart presentation can still be better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reducing manual effort of the HR administration so that they can focus more on their core tasks.

Moving from an fractures system to Oracle cloud HCM
What do you like best? Moving to Oracle HCM is very exciting for our county. We have several "home grown" systems that are costly to maintain. The thought of having one HR system is wonderful. Oracle HCM Cloud transforming our business
What do you like best? HCM Cloud has allowed us to expand our functionality. What do you dislike? Implementation was much more rigorous than we had understood. Took much longer than anticipated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have implemented quite a bit of additional functionality. Our users are much more connected and in charge of their data.

Oracle HCM Cloud is used to manage our employee network and keep track of all operations related. It is capable of a lot. But leveraging it isn’t easy

What do you like best? Reporting system in Oracle . I like to use this system for candidate reporting purposes, for new hire onbosding information, turnover.. ect What do you dislike? System slowness. The system tends to slow down very much with processing requests. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use the reporting system with Oracle HCM, and give me a great overview of candidate tracking

What do you like best? The power of Oracle. Large company with a lot of developers that are constantly pushing patches/upgrades, etc. What do you dislike? Takes a long time for some of the "cutting edge" tech that is being developed across the HR tech landscape to be considered or adopted by Oracle. What do you like best? Literally nothing. It is by far the worst product I have ever seen. What do you dislike? Literally everything. The community is awful, the Service Request process is pathetic, the knowledge of the engineers is mindblowingly low, and the product itself leaves the end user wanting so much more.
