What do you like best? I liked that HCM had a lot of different functions that we were able to use. It offered reports, people management, ATS and everything we needed. What do you dislike? We switched from PeopleSoft to HCM and it was a tough transition. PS was pretty user friendly and allowed for one click access and shortcuts to everything we needed on a daily basis.
