OEM: Great System Admin tool, needs in-roads for developers

What do you like best? OEM continues to improve. Now at 13c, takes into account that companies are now running on-prem and cloud applications. All round great tool on features and Oracle technologies. What do you dislike? Oracle centric tool. IT teams are hardly Oracle only shops. Tablespace page takes a long time to load

What do you like best? I love the alerts and the ability to see everything with a few clicks, AWR is awesome What do you dislike? I do not like how long it takes for the Storage - Tablespace takes to load and how inaccurate it can be. And the patching, the patching for Windows is horrible. More integration with other databases including DB2

What do you like best? We are very happy with OEM 13c and the main features we liked is the automation patch feature and monitoring databases itself that make us easy to reach a rca and resolve some performance quickly. Good user interface. Recent versions are more reliable. But slow performance - not all time though

What do you like best? Tuning module. Alerting set up - easy to do Monitoring . What do you dislike? Slow response time. Search query for using text - some time looks like hanging. SQL Tuning Advisor - some times recommendations are not relevant.
