Easy to use and good functionality

What do you like best? Reactive monitoring. The graphical representation of all the modules is very informative and useful at times of performance issues. What do you dislike? Better documentation with examples to setup monitoring, what needs to monitor? etc What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a go-to tool for Reactive monitoring when we get complains about performance.

I like that you can leave very detailed notes and create tickets with many different drop down options What do you dislike? What do you like best? Monitoring and patching are key when utilizing OEM. What do you dislike? Configuration setting for monitoring and alerts can be a bit tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are currently using OEM to monitoring disk space and memory usage. We encountered our first, real, reported memory issue with a database a few months ago. We were impressed with the amount of detail provided in the alerts.
