OEM Monitoring

What do you like best? Monitoring and patching are key when utilizing OEM. What do you dislike? Configuration setting for monitoring and alerts can be a bit tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are currently using OEM to monitoring disk space and memory usage. We encountered our first, real, reported memory issue with a database a few months ago. We were impressed with the amount of detail provided in the alerts.
