Great tooling for salesperson and service teams

What do you like best? Powerful simple tool to work with sales persons and sales teams, and service persons and orgs. Sophisticated platform that can present and crunch data usefully from the whole company and organisation, plus external/non-owned data. Easy intuitive use of the tool (browser and mobile app), does not need special training to use any of it. Lastly, lower cost than most, I guess it's lowest cost for its category. What do you like best? Very easy to navigate thru the system with just 1-2 clicks What do you dislike? I would like to see some better AR reports. They are not very user friendly Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s a good product. What do you like best? Oracle, when used correctly can substantially assist with record keeping on many different types of equipment you use in industry. It's helped improve in my field in regards to maintaining maintence records and cost assist in new and old items worked on. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how simple it is in managing data. The UI is user-friendly. It lets me see what I've uploaded immediately. The mobile app is really nice.
