PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The pros include the ability to send large files easily, effectively communicate with our subs, and effortlessly track open and closed RFPs. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The mails disappear after I open them. I still need to go to mail only and search for the specific mail in order to find them. It's inconvenient and adds up to the things we need to do. What specific problems in your company were solved by ...

What do you like best? User experience and collaboration. Reporting and search functionality. What do you dislike? The workflows, they are not user friendly, when you reject, the workflow still completes and all users and notified. Recommendations to others considering the product: More reporting features. Organisation of documents & mail

What do you like best? Aconex has allowed us to organise the many documents & mails for our projects in one easy to find location. What do you dislike? The limitations of the mails module restricts the uptake by 3rd parties What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great program!

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to communicate with and send info (large files) to our subs through the program. I can easily track the open and closed RFP's for future reference. What do you dislike? I don't like that after I've read mail in the program, it disappears. I have to click on my mail only and search every time.
