easy to use and makes work very organized

What do you like best? I loved that I was able to efficiently organize years of documents and then retrace back to them and easily locate the documents i need. What do you dislike? the system may have slow periods, like many other systems. This was not a huge issue as you could reboot the system and easily start again.
