Great order management processing application
What do you like best? I enjoy that our team can have it customized to what our needs are. Being able to modify how certain criteria of orders can be moved via tasks to various teams to verify all our projects are addressed completely before we install and begin billing the customer for their newly ordered services. Very pleasant to use
What do you like best? The way i can see the billing tab without going to a different webpage What do you dislike? How long it takes to load every customers account page What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps me de escalate a collect call by giving me access to the customers old bill and I can detail what exactly makes up their balance

Efficient software for scheduling and managing memberships
What do you like best? The scheduling applications and ease of use for our members. What do you dislike? Difficulty in pulling transactional reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Optix to manage and schedule our editing rooms and other equipment. It has worked nicely.

Not impressed
What do you like best? The app is very user friendly. Users can easily update their profiles and make reservations on their own. It can also be used as a great referral system being that everyone can see other members information. What do you dislike? Their customer support team take forever to respond. You also cannot access Optix on a computer. The dashboard has a few bugs and requires me to refresh the screen a lot. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pick ...
