Great for customer intelligence and automation, but not quite a cohesive solution yet.

What do you like best? Our team uses tools such as the Customer Explorer, Segmentation Explorer, and Cohort Analysis to identify cohorts of interest and then build relevant journeys. We really like Streams and have used it to test things such as different onboarding experiences. We also make use of the Facebook Integration for lookalike modeling. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like Optimove for the sheer amount of features and personalization options. I can segment easily and when I have questions there is a quick, helpful response. What do you like best? The ability to dig down and reach the right segments couldn't be easier. What do you dislike? Reports that should be built in, do not come with the deal. What do you like best? The integration and ease of use, which saves a mountain of time and provides significantly better insights than we would be able to deliver otherwise. What do you dislike? The occasionally slow/clunky interfaces and processes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient and much better targeted communications, alongside better tracking and significant improvements to analytical capabilities.
