What do you like best? I can reach exactly the target groups that i want by using specific attributes and don't waste budget on unsuccessful campaigns. I like that i can monitor and follow up the campaigns and extract useful insights. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to microsegment, easily extracting data and setting up personalized campaigns to meet customer's behavior/pattern. After a campaign has finished running, we have to option to evaluate it in order to find area for improvement. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Segmentation options. Lifecycles. Predictions. What do you dislike? User friendlines. A lot of extra steps needed to do simple things. EG. Check the template of the campaign directly from Marketing plan. I would like to have better explanation when the campaign has statistically significant results and when not.
