What do you like best? I like the data analysis and amount of data that is easily prepared for you with the dashboards. Also, campaign automation is awesome! It can easily handle all of the marketing assets created. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is too much information given - data overload! What do you like best? The new campaign builder is very efficient and easy to use. What do you dislike? Overall I think Optimove is a great CRM tool, It could be improved through more personalisation options within the campaign builder. What problems are you solving with the product?
