Overall I think Optimove is a great CRM tool, It could be improved through more personalisation options within the campaign builder. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I can reach exactly the target groups that i want by using specific attributes and don't waste budget on unsuccessful campaigns. What do you like best? The ability to microsegment, easily extracting data and setting up personalized campaigns to meet customer's behavior/pattern. After a campaign has finished running, we have to option to evaluate it in order to find area for improvement. What do you dislike?
