Optimove makes much easier handle clients database and improve our retention strategy

What do you like best? Optimove provides us an initial segmentation and micro-segmentation and was very helpful to redesign our marketing strategy. Everything in Optimove is very visual, it has tools like interstage migration were you can see in which segments could you have a problem. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When it comes to the technical part, the absolute best thing is automation easiness. No more excel sheets, just proper target groups, few clicks, and boom! Overall I think Optimove is a great CRM tool, It could be improved through more personalisation options within the campaign builder. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I can reach exactly the target groups that i want by using specific attributes and don't waste budget on unsuccessful campaigns. I like that i can monitor and follow up the campaigns and extract useful insights. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to microsegment, easily extracting data and setting up personalized campaigns to meet customer's behavior/pattern.
