Awesome alert and call management solution

What do you like best? I like the flexibility and the unwavering quality that is accessible with the item. Being an organization that has worldwide help benefits great to the numerous numbers and ticket lines that are accessible. I additionally like the group based gatherings, with planning courses of events and logbooks. Ease of setup. Nice and instinctive GUI. Brisk ack all/nearby all component for quick response. Decent deals/bolster contact. The testing time frame is incredible. It ...

Easy to Use On Call Management At A Great Price

What do you like best? I like all of the out of the box integrations that work with other products without much configuration. What do you dislike? I struggled to find something I actually don't like. My biggest complaint is their alerting can come from a huge range of telephone numbers, so making OpsGenie was difficult until I found a vCard they provide with all contact numbers. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd recommend starting out in one of the lower ...

Awesome support and stable product

What do you like best? - it's a stable product - well designed product - support is lightning fast - enjoying every single day What do you dislike? In general so far all looks very good. The only thing we miss is integration with google chat What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a core component of our incident management workflow. It decreases time window required to recover from disasters.

Extremly fast and competent customer support, goes the extra mile

What do you like best? Fast, competent, responsive. We run one of our production icinga2 hosts on a 32bit platform, but opsgenie only offers a 64bit plugin for icinga2 integration. Customer support was extremely fast with troubleshooting help, then provided a 32bit custom plugin within a day (!). This saved us a ton of time (no host migration necessary). Even better, as a quick workaround we used generic email integration as a second best. Was set up in minutes and works well. What do ...

Good service, good support.

What do you like best? OpsGenie has been helpful both with their support during integration and when everyday usage issues arise. Their service is reliable and fills the bill for us. What do you dislike? Lots of options -- sometimes confusing. Would love a "vacation" option where I can easily remove someone from all the rotations they're on temporarily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connects to our internal monitoring system and ...

Premium support and extreme agile

What do you like best? There are two things that I appreciated from the day 1 of the trial: extreme agility and premium support. The guys are almost always available for a live chat and helpful with answers. And if there is a bug in the product that you discover, sometimes they will ask you in 2 hours to try again because they fixed it. Isn't that great? Moreover they also take feature requests into account in their planning. What do you dislike? OpsGenie doesn't have (yet) an ...

Good service, but bad website interface

What do you like best? The flexibility to configure on-duty schedule. The remote calendar export, so I can see my team's and mine on-duty schedule on Google Calendar and Thunderbird (I really really love this feature). What do you dislike? The website interface is buggy and slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are defining our on-duty schedule rotation with OpsGenie instead of doing it manually.

OpsGenie got all the features your business will need!

What do you like best? What I like the best here is the alert notification escalation. In that way, lower tiers will receive each alerts first and if they cannot acknowledge it, it will be forwarded to a higher tier. Next would be the ability to integrate it with Slack! Lastly would be the on-call calendar features! What do you dislike? Nothing I guess as it suits our need, hopefully you can have a PC-based app soon as using OpsGenie via browser is difficult. Recommendations to ...

Very comprehensive alerts tool

What do you like best? Besides the basic email integration, which the basic service, there are API presets for hundreds of system, which makes it really suitable to anyone. What do you dislike? Search engine could be better, it's difficult to use because plain text search doesn't go too deep into alerts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Alerts for 24x7 services are easier through OpsGenie as it reaches all devices.
